Associate Pastor Lisa D. Kelly was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale Florida to (both parents are deceased) Henry Tanksley Jr. and Pearl Parker. She has been remarried to her childhood sweetheart and first husband Leartis I. Kelly and is the mother of one daughter Tenika Kelly with a granddaughter Trinity Hardy and grandson Marcus Samuel Jr.
Lisa was called officially into God’s army in 1989 after returning to Florida from Rochester New York where she lived for 4 years. She joined the Worldwide Christian Center under the leadership of Dr. O’Neil Dozier and First Lady Lekeita B. Dozier Esq. she was a member there for 17 years. Dr. Dozier taught the uncompromising word of God and with his great command of the scriptures he taught Lisa how to apply God's truths to her daily life and to Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth 2 Timothy 2:15. Also under his leadership she ministered as the Choir Directoress, Outreach, Pastors Aide, Media and the Prophetic move of God in this time and season. She has tenured her membership at Green Ministries International (GMI) as the Church Administrator under Senior Pastor Dr. Adrian Green and First Lady Lydia Green R.N. in Miramar, Florida. A ministry where "The Light of God's Glory is Shining and the King of Glory Abides"!
On August 1, 2010 - Lisa was Ordained as the Pastor of E-Class Women Outreach Ministries under the direction of her husband Pastor Leartis I. Kelly of Proverbs Outreach International Ministries Inc. Pastor Lisa is the Administrative Pastor and the Pastor of the Women's Ministries within Proverbs.
Lisa D. Kelly attended Broward Community College and Florida Atlantic
University (studied Business and Accounting) and is presently enrolled as a (IEWP) Event and Wedding Planning Professional at QC School of Event Planning. Lisa is a Licensed Skin Care Consultant and Makeup Artist with Beauticontrol Cosmetics and has been since 1996 www.Beauticontrol.com consultant # 255804.
